- I am using an Opalcard in a 4000 with the following problems:
-
- Using an external viewer, like ImageFX, I can view 24-bit images on the
- board, with some occasional fuzz around the edges, but for the most part
- very nicely.
-
- Problem comes when I try to run anything that uses an overlay, OpalPaint f.ex.
- For one instant the screen looks ok, then it reverts to a big mess. I can
- see the Amiga part clearly, but the Opalpart is distorted and not usable at
- all. If I click anywhere on the screen it displays what appears to be
- the correct output for another instant, then it goes right back to the mess.
-
- I have tried adjusting the screw-thingy in the back, it matches the test
- pattern perfectly. Does anybody know what those four dip-switches on the
- back of the card do? I'd like to know what the correct settings are for
- these, maybe that's where the problem lies.
-
- Any ideas appreciated...
